Cycle/Yoga – A 60 or 75 minute class; 30 minutes of Yoga-Infused Cycling followed by 30 or 45 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga. Indoor Cycling is a low impact, cardiovascular workout led by a trained instructor. Control your workout by adjusting the resistance and speed. Burn ~500 calories in 60 minutes! This is a great class for those new to Yoga or looking for a complete workout in 60 minutes.
Beginner Vinyasa Yoga – Vinyasa style Yoga taught at a slower pace. Good for those just starting their journey into Yoga or more experienced yogis looking to get back to basics and fine tune their practice.
Core & Yoga – The perfect combination of Core Strengthening and Yoga! There are many asanas in yoga that target and increase core strength – we’ll combine these with more traditional core exercises. Expect focused movements (many abdominal, but also glutes, hips & back), yoga and more – all linked together seamlessly.

Rejuvenation Yoga – A deep and mellow yoga flow class to get the week started right. Recover from your adventures over the weekend with hip & leg openers, deep twists and relaxation. Come and Rejuvenate!
Vinyasa Yoga – A series of flowing poses linked together with breath. This class is designed to open the body through movement while quieting the mind with breath – working together, they create a meditation in motion. Come and awaken the spirit!
Power Vinyasa Yoga – These classes are spirited, energetic and flowing – synchronizing breath with movement while emphasizing strength and flexibility. Expect powerful postures, strength-building movements for the upper & lower body as well as the core. Come to tone the body and calm the mind. Some Yoga experience is recommended but not required.
Yoga Sculpt – A Vinyasa flow class adding in sculpting exercises to strengthen and sculpt the arms, back legs and core. Combine the classic principles of yoga with the use of light hand weights (always optional). This double-sided workout provides many benefits to the body and, of course, the calmess of mind that comes with a yoga practice. Yoga Sculpt builds power and tone without the loss of flexibility that strength training can sometimes bring. All of this equals great body tone, longer, leaner muscles and flexibility!
TRX Suspension Training – A 30 minute class, suspending your body weight to sculpt and tone all muscle groups. Taking your plank to the next level! Just as in yoga, there are numerous ways to make the workout easier for the beginner or more complex for the advanced student. A full body workout in 30 minutes! **NOTE** Shoes required.
Barre Fit – A sculpting workout developed from foundational Pilates and ballet dance movements with the use of a ballet bar, ball and small weights. Little movements make for big results! (Shoes optional.)
