Vin/Yin Yoga

Molly Smith

Molly is a Colorado native and studied at the University of Colorado - Boulder. Molly fell in love with all things yoga during her college years, because it helped her cope with stress and stay healthy on trips abroad. She is a doula, yoga instructor and reiki practitioner. Molly has a never-ending desire to learn and is passionate about helping you re-discover your most loved self. She is trained in vinyasa yoga, sculpt, pre-natal yoga, yin yoga, and barre.

She continues to learn by studying different exercise techniques/formats and incorporates them into her classes in different capabilities.

Molly's classes offer a space to lengthen, strengthen and nourish the mind and body. Classes are balanced with reflection, pranayama and strength-building to carry you through the waves of pregnancy, labor, parenting and life.

VIN/YIN is a dynamic duo. The first half of the class begins with a vibrant vinyasa flow, to warm up the body and breath, then eases into a yin practice where postures are held 3-5 minutes. These longer holds are used to open up circulation and space in the denser tissues of the body.
 
This class will help encourage flexibility in both the mind and the body.
