Hannah is a 5th generation native to Colorado. She grew up singing and after high school went on to pursue a degree in Music Business and Entertainment Instudries with an emphasis in Voice. A family member suggested barre after she expressed interested in wanting to get fit through dance. Hannah found barre at The Cycling Yogi as a member and has been hooked ever since! She loves the fun, non-competitive nature of class and the mental and physical strength found in sticking with a challenging pose. She loves how moving to the beat of motivational music makes the full-body workout of barre fly by!

Hannah instructs the following:
  • Barre Fit
  • A sculpting workout developed from foundational Pilates and ballet dance movements with the use of a ballet bar, ball and small weights.  Upper body and ab sculpting in addition to small amounts of cardiovascular work.  Glutes on fire! 

    Little movements make for big results!  Shoes or Toe Sox optional.
