Our Cycle/Yoga, Yoga and Barre classes tone, strengthen, increase flexibility and reduce stress, all while having fun! Have fun while burning calories, improving your physical and mental health. Our studio has a community feel with friendly staff and clients, great. Anxious about joining a group class for the first time? We'll put you at ease the moment you walk in. Class sizes are small, allowing us to assist individuals with modifications or corrections. You do not need to be flexible or "in shape" to attend classes; you will be after taking classes with us on a regular basis!
